• Project Name : Bamni River Basin flood management and drainage system improvement of Noakhali District
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through BPPA along with valid and updated Trade License, VAT Registration,TIN certificate and National ID card.b) Tenderer must be submitted all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If evaluation committee could be unable to open thefile (corrupted), that/those file(s) will be rejected.c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.d) Tender evaluation will be done following Standard Tender Documents.e) A detailed list of work in hand/on-going works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.f) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification the tenderer will doit at his/her own cost. No extra claim will beentertained in this regard.g) Quantity and quality of work will be checked by BWDB's Task Force or any other competent authority.h) Photo and video must have to be taken by the contractor at a different angle during pre-work and post-work measurement andsubmitted to the PE. No extra claim will be entertainedin this regard.i) All other criteria stated in the tender document.j) Payment will be made upon availability of budget/fund.
