Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must submit the following documents/papers to be eligible for the tender.1. The Contractor who have done the constriction of Buried pipe line with supply uPVC pipe is Eligible for the tender.2. The minimum supply & constriction with 250 mm nominal diameter (or above) uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 5 years is Tk. 14.00(Fourteen) lakh. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.3.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company-s account showing balance of minimum Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh for at least in a single day not before publication date of the Tender.4. The Tenderer must Submit Authorization of pipe manufacturer. The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.5. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).6. Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.7. Terms and condition mention in the file : Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied.8. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
