Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :(i) Valid Trade License(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificatec. (i) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of works at least Tk 18.00(Eighteen) Lac under [one] of contract(s) over a period of [5] years shall be required.ii) The required average annual Turnover shall be greater than Tk 100.00(One hundred) Lac over the last [5] years.(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8.00(Eight) Lac(iv) 6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be : 18.00(Eighteen) Lacs.d. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU),Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.e.
