Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Tenderer(s) forming JVCA in accordance with respective clauses stated in the tender document and as per latest circular issued by CPTU vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated 26/07/2015 may participate in the tender.(2)The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.(a) A minimum general construction experience of 05(Five) years.((b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. BDT 55.00 Crore,Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The tenderer(s) must have minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 73.00 Crore over Last 5 years.(d) Minimum liquid asset of Tk. 10.00 crore is required.(e) For Bituminous works 60-70 grade bitumen to be used.(f) Requirement of lead partner of JVCA shall be at least 1(one) contract having 100% experience as mentioned in clause,(g) Asphalt batching plant must be used for DBS Base course and DBS Wearing Course.(h) All Tenderers/JVCA should mention their full name in the document/contract documents of the tender.(3)The minimum Tender capacity shall be 70 percent of the approved estimated cost of the proposed work.(4) The tenderers are asked to submit rate analysis supporting their quoted rate on each item. In case of quoted price of thetenderers are 5% (Five percent) above or less of the official estimated cost, the TEC will consider the submitted rateanalysis for recommending the qouted/contract price in the evaluation report(5) All other criteria stated in the TDS.
