Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality (NID) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel.3) It is duty of contractor to submit all the documents freshly (without corrupted). If any documents get corrupted and evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.4) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained. Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation.5) A detailed list of work in hand /ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted. If the Tenderer(s) submit(s) any false/incorrect/forged certificate or try to hide ongoing work, the tender will be outright rejected and action as per PPR-2008 will be initiated.6) Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the specific form. Otherwise Tender will be non-responsive.7) Latest circular of CPTU and CPC of BWDB shall be implied.8) If any kind of obstacles/structures is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per design and specification and BWDB owned/acquired land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and specification, the tenderer will do this at his/her own arrangement and cost. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.9) Detail turnover calculation sheet and Ongoing work mentioning the name of work, PE name etc. (year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender
