Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature works completed within last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 1.65 (One point Six Five) crore under single Contract in Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization.3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk 3.00 (Three point zero zero) crore in Govt/Semi- Govt/Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 0.85 (Eighty Five Lac) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW3-7 form.The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in PW3-7 shall not be accepted.5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1.75 (One point Seven Five) crore. In case of JV, tender capacity requirement for leading partner shall be minimum 40% and for other partners shall be minimum 25%.In order to calculate minimum tender capacity, the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement,up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under public sector.
