Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.2. All individual(s)/firms(s)/ who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) except the firm thathas been determined to be ineligible by BWDB or any other Government organization.3. All conditions apply as per Tender Document.4. Tender Security shall be submitted in the from of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR) in favor of Accounts Officer, Regional AccountingCenter (RAC), BWDB, Dalia.Special Instructions:1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased.2. The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses .3. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, thetender will be summarily rejected.4. Payment will be made after availability of fund and approval of budget.5. Latest Govt.circular on procurement of works will be applicable.6. Planned & Actual start/commencement & Completion data will have to clearly mentioned in the submitted work certificate. Incase of JVCA work certificate, share of each partner must be mentioned or write up on the certificate, otherwise it will be rejectedduring evaluation process.7.
