  Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirementsa) A minimum general construction experience of 07 (Seven) years.b) Specific experience of Similar work (RCC Culvert) in a single contract of minimum value of Tk.50.00 Lac complete within last 5 years.c) Minimum Tender Capacity Tk.68.00 Lakh only.d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Tk 86.00 Lakh for the last 5 years.e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 43.00 Lakh Only.2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate more than 10% less or above than the official estimate then the tender shall be non-responsive.3. If any tenderer Quoted his rate more than 5% less or above than the official estimate then the tenderer has to Submit Rate Analysis.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system.2. Qualification information and evidences {such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.} of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP.
