Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must possess valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate up to date up to FY 2024-252. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years.3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Construction of Vertical Extension of RCC Building work successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 2.0 (Two) crore constructed through any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization in Bangladesh.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.0 crore over the last 05 (five) years. Year-wise Payment Certificates issued by concerned PEs shall be considered in determining Annual Construction Turnover.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets ie working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2.30 crore. credit line(s) shall be substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alteration.6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 3.0 crore.7. Personnel Information (Form e-PW3-4) and Tenderer Information Form (e-PW3-2) - Part - 4 should be properly filled with supporting documents.
