Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum No of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction work as a Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 number of similar work of Tk 25 Lac in a single contract in Government /Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper b) In case of the Work Done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer b) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Body/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.3. The tenderer shall have minimum AACT of Tk 27 Lac during last 3 years preceding the date of IFT. Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 3 years4. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset)or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 25 Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender b. In case of credit facility (i.e.line of credit)Tenderer-s Bank is advised to use form PW2a-3 (enclosed in Section-8). Otherwise the tender will be summarily discarded.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 27 Lac Only6. The Tenderer must submit (i) Upto-date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
