Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system).2. The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of Similar Goods and related services (Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of at least 1 contract completed successfully within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk 6,00,000 (Sixn Lakh Taka Only) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.)3. The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:a. Catalogue and Brochureb. Certificate of General Experience as Tenderer for 05 (Five) Yearsc. NID and Valid Trade License for FY 2024-25d. Valid VAT & TIN certificatee. Income Tax Clearance certificate (FY 2024-25) (Assessment yr 2023-24)f. Certificate of Specific experience for Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of minimum Tk 6,00,000 (Sixn Lakh Taka Only in a single agreement within the last 05 (Five) years in any govt/semi-government/autonomous organizations.g. Document of Minimum Liquid asset of minimum Tk 6,00,000 (Sixn Lakh Taka Onlyh. The Tenderer Must submit Only One Model for One product. In the case of Model submission, any conjunction such as “Or”, “/”, etc. are not acceptable.i. Any other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.
