Project Name : Development of Road and Drainage Network with Citizen Service of Mymensingh City Corporation
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) As described in the Tender Documents.2) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 550.00 Lakh. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 950.00 Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 400.00 Lakh.6)The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 595.00 Lakh
