Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Procurement entity reserves the right to except or reject in part or whole or all tender without explanation.2. Minimum 02 (Two) years' experience in Electrical Equipment as a registered company/ entity in Bangladesh. Should provide last 02 (Two) years Trade License.3. Should have at least 02 (Two) Work Order of supply Electrical Equipment and related services for Government/Autonomous/Defense or any public Sector.4. The minimum project value of each work order should be at least 9.50 lac taka in public sector.5. Must provide last 02 (Two) years' Audit Report.6. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital of BDT TK. 9.50 lac.7. Annual turnover for a minimum of BDT 47 (Forty SeVen) lac in last 02 (Two) years.8. Bidder to certify himself that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Govt. or defense organization within Bangladesh regarding participating in tender or not listed as a debarred in CPTU's website.9. Must have a valid up to date(i) Trade License (2025-26);(ii) Register of Joint Stock Company (RJSC) Certificate (if applicable);(iii) TIN Certificate of Tax year 2024-25 (Assessment Year 2025-26);(iv) VAT Registration Certificate;(v) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate.10.
