Update Bank Solvency (After the IFT publication on e-GP Website).5. Tender Security shall be TK. 2200/- (Taka Two thousand two hundred) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive.6. The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Letter of Commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100000/- (Taka one lakh) in favor of Deputy Director, RPATC, Chattogram. Otherwise, the bidder would be Non-Responsive..7. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Supplying Goods as Prime Supplier shall be 3 years.8. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Supplier in supplying goods under public sector of at least 1(One) contract of Minimum 100000/(per unit)- i.e. contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/supply technology successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years.9.Last 02 years will be counted backward from [ FY: 2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25 ]10.This will be a Framework Agreement and the Supplier will be bound to provide the similar items at the same price for the next two years.
