Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulationb. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance(2024-2025/2025-2026);(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to July 2025;(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 2 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 3 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.(V). The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 2 lacs over the last 5 years [ 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22,2022-2023,2023-2024] authenticated by NBR(VI). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 2 lac (This will be given by the proper format).
