  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last Three years is NILL (0).2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of similar Goods and related services3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 02(Two) contracts in last 05(Five) years with a value BDT 30,00,000/- (BDT Thirty lac) in government/Semi government/Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 35,00,00,000/- (BDT Thirty Five Lac) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.5. Must have workshop/factory .6. The tenderer also submit the following Update documents for similar works:a. Trade licenseb. Vat registration certificatec. Income Tax Certificate6. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.7. Company Profile8. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable. 9. Sample Trunk must be submitted during evaluation procedure.10. The tenderer must collect the samples from the PE office and provide the samples before contract award.*Failure to submit any document mentioned above shall cause the rejection of Tenderer.
