Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last Three years is NILL (0)2. The tenderer should have minimum Five (5) years experience in supply of related goods and services.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Two (2) contracts in last 3 (Three) years with a value BDT 22,00,000/- (BDT Twenty Two Lakh Only) in government/Semi government/ Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 20,00,000/- (BDT Twenty Lakh Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.5. The tenderer also submit the following Updated documents: a. Trade license b. ETIN Certificate c. Vat registration certificate d. Income Tax Certificate e. Receipt of Income Tax Return Acknowledgment6. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.7. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.8. No JVC is accepted for this Tender.9. The product must have two-thirds of its validity Period at the time of delivery (Where applicable).*.
