Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. The maximum number of arbitration against the over a period of last five years is NILL (0).2. The tenderer should have minimum 03 (Three) years experience in supply of related goods and services.3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 02(Two) contracts in last 3 (Three) years with a value BDT 35,00,000/- (BDT Thirty Five Lac Only) in government/Semi government/Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 40,00,000/- (BDT Forty Lakh Only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.5. The tenderer also submit the following documents:a. Updated trade licenseb. Vat registration certificatec. Update Income Tax Certificated. Product Warranty and Originality certificate from Manufacture/Distributor.e. All relevant brochures and catalogs where applicable.** Before submitting the tender, the tenderer shall provide his samples as per the samples preserved in the PE office and the samples shall be verified by the PE office. Goods should be delivered as per signed sample after receiving work order.**This is a framework agreement.
