Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidder must have Up-to-date VAT, TAX, TIN,BIN certificate and Nationwide ISP & Internet Protocol Telephony Service Provider (IPTSP) license from BTRC.2. Minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience of providing similar services (Internet/Data Connectivity). 3. Bidder must have Bidder must have Network Operation Center (NOC) and Call Center for ensuring 24x7x365 support service and physical support when required.4. Bidder should have specific experience to provide work of Internet/Data/WAN connectivity of value minimum TK. 5 Crore in single contract for last 03 years in any Government organization.5. Bidder must have Audit report for current last 05 (Five) Years.6. Bidder have Certificate of Incorporation from RJSC and Import Registration Certificate.7. Bidder must have valid contracts with government NTTN BTCL and at least two other-s NTTN operators.8. Bidder must have BTRC approved DC and DR.9. Bidder must have Certification and membership: ISO 9001:2015, SO/IEC 27001:2022, ISPAB, APNIC, BASIS, ISPAB-NIX, BDIX.10. Joint venture consortium will not be accepted.11. Bidder must have submit OEM Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL) for Hardware Part.
