Update Trade Licence (Mentioning Manufacturing & supplying of furniture)02. Vat & BIN Certificate03. E-TIN with Tax Clearance Certificate (Update)04. ISO-9001-201505. Certificate incorporation06. Affidavit of ownership in original legal stump.07. Tenderer must have membership certificate of furniture owners- association.08. List of service and display centre with contract number & Address (Minimum 10 Nos) different district in Bangladesh.09. Original colour catalogue as per specification10. Document supporting ownership of manufacturing plant .11. Document supporting that the tenderer has minimum 01 (One) qualified engineer minimum 5 years- experience in furniture sector.12. Document supporting that the tenderer has own CNC Laser & three in one Cut Length Machine for using all types of sheet metal product.13. Document supporting that the tenderer has wood seasoning plant.14. Tenderer must have UV machine commissioning certificate and painting line for best quality colour finishing.
