Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:(a) The tenderer shall have minimum number 05 years of overall experience.(b) The tenderer shall have The minimum specific experience in at least 01 (one) similar nature of contract succesfully completed within the last 05 years with a value not less than Tk. 20.00 lakhs in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.(c) The required minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 22.00 Lakhs.d) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.e) Up to date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.g) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
