Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following: The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (05) years. The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of supply work for electro-mechanical goods under a framework contract in a single work order amounting to not less than Tk. 25.50 (Twenty-five lakh Fifty thousand) lakh during the last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall be issued by the Officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of the concerned Department/Organization.The required minimum liquid asset is Tk. 12.50 (Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand) lakh. Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, etc.Other required conditions and documents of this tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of the tender documents must be fulfilled. All other Criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Rules-2025 and Public Procurement Act-2006 & its amendments.
