Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer has to comply the technical specification for offered item.Tenderer Shall have to submit Bank statement (At least 6 months before from the tender submission date).Tenderer shall have to submit supply experience record(s) of minimum 10 lac Taka within last 24 months.Tenderer shall have to submit updated eTIN certificate, VAT registration Certificate and income tax certificate.Tenderer has to mention Country of Origin for Item no:01 and show necessary supporting documents.Item no. 01 must be properly calibrated and a user manual must be submitted. Last calibration date (Factory calibration) shall be presented during supply. Tenderer must submit 03(Three) years Guarantee/Warrenty certificate/card for the Item no:01 from Manufacturer to ensure device registration after supply. The above mentioned criteria will be treated as Rejection clause.
