Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply and installing similar types of goods;b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 03 (Three) numbers of contract/s of similar equipments and services within last 3 (Three) years. Among them there should be Minimum 1 (one) completion certificate amounting taka 25 Lacs (Twenty Five Lacs) under Govt./semi-govt./Autonomous bodies/Corporate company;c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Taka 30(Thirty) Lacs;d) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:(i) In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Firm;(ii) Valid Trade License;(iii) Valid Income Tax Certificate;(iv) Valid VAT Registration Certificate;(v) Tenderer must submit Manufacturer Authorization letter;(vi) Bank solvency certificate;(vii) Original letter naming the person authorised to sign on behalf of the Tenderer;(viii) Experience Certificate and work order from any organization as specified in ITT clause 15.1(a);(ix) Catalogue/Brochures must be submitted as applicable;(x) Any other documents as specified in Technical Specification.
