Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least Five (05) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.b) The Tenderer must have specific experience of satisfactory supplying of similar goods (I&C goods or Electrical goods) of minimum BDT 2,500,000.00 (BDT Twenty Five Lakh only ) under maximum two (02) contracts in any Power Plant / a Large Organization / Industries in the last five (05) years.[Note-1: The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.Note-2: Years will counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal](c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments, of the Tenderer shall be BDT 2,700,000.00 (BDT Twenty Seven Lakh only ) on of after date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof.d) The tenderers should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and shouldn-t have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 55 of the Public Procurement Rules-2008.
