Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A supplier must be the manufacturing company and Suppliers/Tenderer must have 5 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system) specific experience of satisfactory completion for supplying of 400 mm (or above) nominal diameter uPVC pipes and Fittings.2. The specific experience contract valuation must be minimum 55 (Fifty Five) Lac in a single contracts in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous organization which have been completed following the PPR-2008 and have the tender ID with work order.3. Certificate of similar works from institution without following the PPR-2008 and which have not tender ID with work order will not be accepted.4. Suppliers/Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lac for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.5. Tenderer must have update trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate.6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.7. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund.
