From the Goods Random Sample will be taken for the test Must be 80 to 90%. Test Cost should be bearded by the contractor. If the test is Failed, all Goods Should be return to the Contractor Without Claiming any charge.e. Test included laboratory test and applied faild test in concern area.f. Supplied goods should be registered as PHP product in Bangladesh.g. Vendors/contractor should be provided user manual accroding to international standard/WHO/WOAH/FAO/Peer reviewed staneard scientific paper/BD national rules. User manual must be described doses, safety/precaution measures, side effict etc.h. If resistance occurred in the pesticide after using certain period, goods should be returned/changed.
