  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must have at least 01 (one) successful completion experience of similar nature of works amounting to not less than Tk. 18.00 (eighteen) lac during the last 05 (five) years in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies. The completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of executive engineer or equivalent officer of the concerned department/organization. (Years counting backwards from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper).The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 35.00 (thirty-five) lac over the last 05 (five) years (best 03 years of the last 05 years). All works completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. The completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of executive engineer or equivalent officer of the concerned department/organization.The required minimum amount of liquid assets/credit facilities shall be Tk. 25.00 (twenty-five) lac in the prescribed format.Minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 23.00 (twenty-three) lac.Up-to-date i) Trade license, ii) Income Tax clearance certificate, iii) VAT registration certificate, and iv) Valid ABC category electrical contractors and supervisory (ABC) license from the electrical licensing board, Government of Bangladesh, shall be submitted.Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender documents and must be fulfilled.All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008, and its amendment.
