Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer should be a registered firm with a valid and updated trade license ; firms having 07 years overall business experience in ISP/ICT.2. Must have valid VAT/BIN registration.3. The tenderer must have ISP nationwide/divisional license from BTRC.4. The tenderer must have TIN registration and submit tax payment certificate of last year.5. Must submit two similar work experience of providing 100Mbps bandwidth within last two years in Govt./Semi-govt./autonomous/ hospital/etc.6. The tenderer must have registered local office with proper technician and support team in Cumilla.7. Firms must prove and demonstrate its management capacity (website link/ brochures and other documents describing similar assignments, experience, availability of appropriate staff skill matrix and experience among applicant-s staff).8. Must submit a bank solvency certificate with minimum capacity or credit limit 0f 50 Lac.9. Must be a member of ISPAB.10. Must have two upstream sources from 1st level IIG to provide bandwidth. Special Note: Only One vendor (ISP) will be selected for Tender ID 873682 or Tender ID 872645 in eGP.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : 1) Provide 60 Mbps Un-interrupted Internet Bandwidth (redundant line) and Installation of necessary network infrastructure for Head Office of Bakhrabad Gas Distribution Company Limited on an annual basis.2) Installation and Line network to the central router of BGDCL.3) Provide minimum 8 real IP.4) Provide redundant source line to BGDCL (Need Declaration in official PAD indicating POP location).5) Establishment of LAN (if necessary).
