Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Any tenderer(s) who fulfill the requirements stated in TDS.2. The Tenderer with a poor performance, consistent history of litigation or arbitration awards against it shall not be eligible to tender.3.During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10% less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.4. The Tenderer must provide following information (Detailed) occurred during the last five years with evidence in favor of submission along with the Tender.5. As per consent of CPTU, the tender shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online Database system- TDMS.6. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, On-going work list, Payment certificate for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc. of the tenderer as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.7. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.Others Conditions:a. Litigation History which must include the number of court cases Filed and won against different Procuring Entities (PE).b. Debarring History (Debarred Years) by any PE.c.Information on termination of incomplete contract by any PE.d. Information on extension of time beyond original contract period by any PE.NB:1. The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
