Project Name : Disaster Risk Management Enhancement Project (Component-1, BWDB Part)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All tenderers registered in the e-GP system are eligible to participate in this tender.2. Tenderers must possess a valid trade license, a Tax Clearance Certificate (or an acknowledgement slip for the assessment year 2024-2025), and a VAT Registration/Business Identification Number (BIN).3. Tenderers must provide a Financial Solvency Certificate from a recognized bank.4. At least 5 years of experience in professional drone videography and film production.5. Mandatory: Valid drone operation license/permit as per GoB/CAAB (Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh) requirements.6. Prior experience working with Government projects (GoB), development agencies (JICA, ADB), or engineering works is preferred.
