Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must have to submit the copy of Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for item no. 3-5.2. Tenderer must have to submit the copy of agreement with the manufacturer/principal Partner Authorization Certificate for item no. 3-5.3. Tenderer must have at least 3 years working experience in related sector. .4. Tenderer must have 3 years working experience of supplying same type of products in Govt. institutions (Ministry/Division/Institutions)..5. Tenderer must have to submit the copy of Valid Trade License, Latest Income Tax Pay Certificate, BIN Certificate and Bank Solvency against this tender are required.6. Tenderer must carry out on site installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting support during warranty period.7. Hard copy of the licenses should be submitted by the bidder for all the licenses if the bidder is awarded for the tender and agreement is signed with him.8. All sort of expense to maintain the system will be borne by tenderer.9. Tenderer must have liquid Capital Taka 55 (fifty five) lakh or Bank Credit facilities of same amount during tender period.10. Tenderer must have experience of supplying the similar goods worth taka 50 (fifty) lakh in any Govt. office (Secretariat/Division/Department) in a single tender.
