Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment related ‘machinery/ filter/ Chemicals or/and related services- in any Govt./Semi- govt/Autonomous/ Private Power Plants/any other organizations amounting not less than BDT 50,00,000.00 (Taka Fifty Lakh Only) in previous 36 Months under maximum 04 (Four) contracts. [N.B. Satisfactory completion of supply of water treatment related ‘machinery/ filter/ Chemicals or/and related services- amounting less than BDT 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lac Only) under a single contract shall not be considered for evaluation].2. The Tenderer shall have to comply the guidelines of ISO and DoE (Department of Environment) if awarded the contract. During tender submission a declaration shall have to be submitted to Procuring Entity regarding the matter.3. The tenderer shall have valid Trade License. The scanned copy MUST be submitted along with the tender bid
