Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 05 (five) years of overall experience in the tailoring & supply of goods and related services.02. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 03 (three) years of specific experience in the tailoring & supply of similar goods and related services.03. The minimum tailoring & supply value of goods under a single contract in the last 3 (three) years is Tk. 32,00,000/-04. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is TK. 23,00,000/-05. Performance Security : In the case of goods having warranty obligations the performance security shall be reduced in the amount specified in the PCC after delivery and acceptance of the Goods to cover the supplier-s warranty obligations in accordance with GCC Clause 32.3.06. Inspections and Tests : The supplier shall at its own expense and at no cost to the Purchaser carry out all such tests and/or inspections of the Goods and Related Services as are specified in the Schedule of Requirements.07. Warranty : The supplier warrants that all the Goods are new, unused, and of the most recent or current models, and that they incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials, unless provided otherwise in the Contract.08. Point of Delivery & delivery period Offered : Dhaka, Shadarghat, Narayangonj, Barishal, Khulna, Chandpur, Aricha, Sirajganj,Mowa & Chattagram, BIWTA.09. Complation time in Weeks/ month : 90 (ninety) days from the signing of contract.10. The tenderer will be submit each items physical Sample to head office same day before closing tender.11. The participants in the tender have to come up with the measurements of the Clothes of the employees of all river ports of the authority and make the Clothes accordingly. Then the prepared garments Shauld be delivered to the employees of all river port of the authority.
