Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible.Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etcBonafide Paper Manufacturer (within the country) must have Bangladesh Paper Mills Association-s Membership or Suppliers those have an Authorized letter from any Paper Manufacturer (those have Bangladesh Paper Mills Association-s Membership) that they will supply the above papers within the mentioned period, if work order issue by the Board.The Tenderer must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall business experience and at least 3 (three) years of specific experience in supplying similar goods and related services. The Tenderer must have completed a single work order within the last 3 (three) years with a minimum contract value of not less than Tk. 50.00 (fifty) lakh, in favor of any Education Board or University.NOA, work orders are not acceptable as specific experience but only successful completion certificate from a genuine authority clearly showing the specific experience in supplying similar goods and providing related services and also the time and amount of work done (years counting backwards from the date of tender submission).In respect of all these, the firm must have up-date valid Trade License, Income-Tax Certificate, Vat Registration number, Bank solvency certificate that clearly mentions latest balance (not less then Tk. 50.00 Lac...
