• Tender are invited for Procurement of water vessel (Cabin cruiser).
  Project Name : Modernization of River Port including allied facilities at Paturia and Daulatdia.

  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (cabin cruisers of similar nature) of at least 01 (One) contract each with a value of minimum BDT 1,45,00,000.00 (One Crore fourty Five lac) in the last 05 (Five) years. In case of experience gathered from private organization, tenderers shall submit completion certificate along with supporting documents .i.e. copy of VAT challan against the works as evidence.(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Tenderer shall have the manufacturing facility/Unit along with own mould to manufacture the cabin cruiser. In this regard tenderer shall have to submit the supporting document with the offer.(d) Tenderer must have proven manufactured past experience of completion of 10 (Ten) Nos. GRP/FRP Boat production in the last 05 (five) years.(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,50,00,000.00 (One Crore fifty Lac). In this regard 'Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8)' must be submitted without any alteration.(f) Manufacturer-s Authorization is required for engine, generator as well as Cabin cruisers is required.(g) The tenderers must have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.(h) The tenderers must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.(i) The tenderers must have up to date valid Trade License.(j) The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
