Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods or services.(b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of filters/mechanical spares of Taka minimum 70,00,000/- (Seventy Lacs) under a maximum of one (01) contract in the last 5 (Five) years. Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End user Certificate/Work Completion Certificate/ Final acceptance certificate, etc.) from the purchaser in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly sealed and signed, mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply against specific experience. NOA/Purchase Order/Work Order/Contract etc. shall not be treated as evidence of specific experience.c) Tenderers have to submit an end-user certificate mentioning that the filters offered were used in the gas turbine and that the performance of the filters was satisfactory. The end User's name, address, phone no., and fax no must be mentioned in the End User-s official pad;d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka. 70,00,000/- (Seventy Lacs) on or after the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.N.B.: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
