Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 01 The Tenderer shall have minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supplying of related products in Bangladesh.02 The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (One) number of contracts of supplying of related product within last 03 (Three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Bank Bodies/Financial Institutions/NGOs among them there must have at least one completion certificate of supplying related products amounting Fifty Lac taka in a single contract.03 Tenderer must submit original Bank solvency certificate and credit commitment for the Calendar year 2025 and the amount will be 80,00,000 taka.04 In the case of limited company, the certificate of incorporation or registration of firm must be submitted.05 Valid trade License for the FY 2025-2026 must be submitted.06 Payment of last Fiscal Year Income Tax or Income Tax Certificate i.e, 2024-2025 with E-TIN Number.07 VAT registration certificate must be submitted.08 Tenderer must declare that they have capacity to provide the products.09 Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the tenderer.10 NID copy of the person authorized by Tenderer according to previous conditions.11 Tender notice is to be treated as part of TDS.12 As per Specifiacation one set Calendar hard Copy will be sumited before Tender Opening Time.
