Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the Following documents:Up-to-date, valid trade licence.VAT registration certificate.Latest income Tax certificate. Bank Solvancy with Last three month statement.Affitdavit Certificate.BSTI Licence.Minimum 03 years- experience in supplying similar kinds of goods.Authorization certificate from the manufacturer.Copy of National ID. Edible oil/soyabean oil shall be supplied in 0.500 litre, 01 litre, 02 litre, 03 litre, 05 litre food grade bottles/containers.Sample of edible oil enriched with Vitamin ‘‘A-- shall be submitted. The symbol to be displayed on the sample bottle shall be ‘‘Proper Nutrition Healthy Life--. As per Schedule-1 of the Vitamin ‘‘A-- Enrichment of Edible Oil Act, 2013, the level of Vitamin ‘‘A-- shall be 15 to 30 ppm (Parts per million). The symbol weight, production & Expiry shall be clearly mentioned to be displayed on the bottle.In addition to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, all necessary rules related to public interest as per PPR-2025 shall be applicable.
