Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The following documents/papers shall be comprised with the Tender:i). The Tenderer must have to submit Trade License (Valid for 2024-2025) Mentioning Manufacture of Furniture.ii). The Tenderer must have up to date Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN number (2024-2025)iii). The Tenderer must have up to date Valid VAT Registration/13 Digit BIN Certificate.iv). Bank Solvency Submitted (After Invitation for Tender published Date). Bank Solvency certificate showing credit facilities Minimum TK.40 (Forty) Lac.v). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of furniture as Supplier shall be 5 ( Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT].vi). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of furniture of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) financial years, with a value of at least Tk.50 (Fifty) Lac.vii). All documents are signed by the tenderer and quated price must submit in original pad with signed and seal.viii). Original letter naming the person authorised to sign on behalf of the Tenderer.ix). Goods should be delivered to Department of Inspection for Factories & Establishments.x). Tenderer must be Member of Bangladesh Furniture Industries OwnersAssociation & Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industryxii). 01 (One) year full comprehensive warranty.xiii). Tenderer must have ISO Certificate (Furniture Manufacturer)xiv). Tenderer must have Manufacturer Letterxv) Tenderer must have affidavit of ownership & Incorporation certificate
