Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall must submit the following documents with the Tender and these documents will be treated as the part of the Tender: 1.Valid Trade License2.Valid TIN Certificate3.Updated TAX Return Certificate4.Bank Solvency Certificate5.Valid VAT/BIN registration Certificate6.Import Registration Certificate ( Where Applicable) 7.Experience Certificate 8.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of UPS of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least Tk.30,000,00.009.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 50,00,000.0010. Manufacturer-s Authorization Leter (MAL) is required from OEM. Any local Distributor/Partnership MAL is not accepted. 11. Manufacturer/Dealer/ sole distributor may submit tender but shall have to comply the TDS and Specifications requirements
