Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Manufacturer or Agent of manufacturer will be entitled to attend the tender.2. If the Bidder is not manufacturer letter of authorization of any reputed manufacturer of Bangladesh will be required. .3. The manufacturer will submit a declaration letter. In the letter, the manufacturer will ensure that, the supplied goods will be as per the specification of GPFPLC.4. Interested Bidders will visit GPFPLC physically. Before submission of tender they will be able to closely see/observe the samples of inquired goods and to discuss with the concerning officers regarding the subject matter.5. Interested Bidder who will visit GPFPLC physically will be required to collect a certificate from commercial department of GPFPLC.6. The Bidder should have experience to supply the required goods in any reputed organization of Bangladesh within last 5(Five) years.8.The amount of purchase order/work order value will be minimum BD Tk. 1000000.00 ( Ten Lac)9. Before signing of contract the contractor will have to submit samples of complete set of every items to GPFPLC authority. If the submitted samples comply our requirement approval will be given and the ordered goods will be made as per approved samples. If the submitted samples does not meet our requirement or does not match with our required goods, the notification of award will be cancelled and tender security and performance security will be forfeited.10. The Bidder will have to mention a renowned Tailor-s name by whom the garments will be made.11. After issuing notification of award or signing a contract the tailor master will have to come to GPFPLC for taking measurement of garments of personnel-s of GPFPLC.12. If it is found any defect in the supplied goods, the contractor will have to replace the same at free of cost.
