Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1.Up to date Trade Licence.2. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate.3.Up to date AIT Certificate.4. VAT Registration Certificate5.. Bidder should be mentioned brand & country of origin etc.6. If supplied Tyre and Tube quality is rejected, the supplier should be supplied Tyre and Tube as soon as possible. Rejected Tyre and Tube will be stored in DAPFCL Store until further receipt of required Tyre and Tube.7. The Bidder must provide a Warranty Certificate of satisfactory operation for a period of 01 (One) Year. 10% of Total value will be deducted for 01 (One) Year warranty period from the date of supply of the Tyre and Tube as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned as per the rules.8. Tender Security and Performance Guarantee (PG) from Global Islami Bank PLC, Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, First Security Islami Bank PLC, Social Islami Bank PLC, Union Bank PLC, ICB Islami Bank PLC, Padma Bank PLC, National Bank PLC, Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC, Bangladesh Commerce Bank PLC, and EXIM Bank PLC will not be accepted.9.The bidder must submit Manufacturer or his Authorized dealer-s Authorization certificate along with the technical offer.10. Challan/DO latter from Manufacturer or his Authorized dealer must be submitted along with the supplied materials as a proof of purchasing the goods from Manufacturer or his Authorized dealer.
