Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship Certificate.2 The Tenderer should have 05 (Five) years experience for supplying the same goods to Govt/Semi Govt/ Autonomous Body.3 . The acknowledgment slip of income tax return for last year.4 . Warranty Certificate.5. All item should be brand new, fresh and conform to the required specification.6. The specification/ model should be labelled properly on the body of the tire. 7. Only manufacturer Genuine dealer/ Distributor can participate in this Bid/ Tender. No reseller or sub-dealer can participate in this Bid/ Tender.8. Distributors/ Distributorship recognition to prove the quoted tires are genuine otherwise the bid will be treated as non- responsive.9. The supplied tire brand should have ISO/equivalent international certification for quality.10. The brand of tire should have at least 10 years experience.11. The Tender should have good track record of providing new tire to at least 3 govt./semi govt./ autonomous bodies in last 2 years.12. Delivery must be ready stock.
