  Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The bidder must be Tri Sodium Phosphate (Na3PO4.10H2O) Manufacturer or Manufacturer-s authorized supplier with Import license.b) The bidder should have individually Manufactured /supplied bulk Chemicals of an amount not less than 25.0 Lac in a single contract or cumulatively in maximum three contracts in the last three years. Years need to be counted backward from the date of issuance of notice.c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities or working capital of the bidder shall be BDT 1.0 Crore or Financial Solvency Certificate mentioning the aforesaid amount in the document.d) Other mandatory documents like photocopies of latest documents such as-valid National Identification Card (NID), Updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and updated Income Tax Return Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate(BIN) or any other mandatory/ statutory certificate, manufacturers authorization letter, Import license etc.e) Transport facility: By road through authorized transporter complying all rules & regulations of Government of Bangladesh.f) Third party or Joint venture is not allowed.
