Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer should follow the instructions:1. The Tenderer shall have valid Trade license and income tax certificate.2. The Minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.3. The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least BDT 80, 00,000.00 (Eighty Lakh).4. The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) shall be BDT 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lakh)..The Tenderer have to submit audit report or Bank statement or letter of line of credit, as per format PG3-8 attached with tender document, issued from Bank.5. The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninety) days.6. The amount of the e-Tender Security shall be Tk. 2,50,000.00 (Two lac Fifty Thousand) and shall be prepared by the bank registered with e-GP system in favor of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Limited. Validity of the Tender security shall be 118 days from the date of opening the tender. E-Tender security shall be kept in custody of the bank and transaction information will be updated in the e-GP system.7. The amount of Performance Security shall be 10% percent of the Contract Price.8. Manufacturers must have valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate.All other conditions are mentioned in the tender document.
