Project Name : Modernization and improvement of existing seed production, processing and distribution facilities of BADC (MIEF) (2nd Phase)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Supplier must submit updated trade license, Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS & Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (a)).The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least One (1) contract(s) successfully completed within the last Five (5) years as per TDS (ITT Clause 13.1 (b)).Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.Incorporation Certificate must be submitted with the offer.Updated Import Registration Certificate (IRC) submitted with offer.Manufacturer-s Authorization is required for all the items listed in Price Schedule.The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past three (03) years.Original catalogue/Brochures must be submitted with the offer.Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
