Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall be a Manufacturer or Authorized agent of a foreign manufacturer. Only one Authorized agent of a manufacturer will be allowed.b) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years overall experience and 2 (Two) years specific experience for supplying similar goods and related services in any government/Semi-government/ Autonomous organization.c) The manufacturer should have an up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, and TIN and VAT registration certificate.d) Experience certificate should be enclosed and issued by an officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer.e) The eligibility of Tenderers is described in detail in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) & PCC (Particular Condition of Contract) of the Tender Schedule.f) The authority reserves the right to physically verify the production capacity and technical ability of the concerned factory before evaluation or issuance of notification of award, if necessary.
