  Eligibility of Tenderer : (1). Tenderer shall have valid trade license, TIN certificate, VAT certificate and updated Income Tax Certificate/Tax Receipt.(2). Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 (Two) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. (3). The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods or spare parts to any power utility/industries in at least 01 (One) number of contact with minimum value of 22 Lac TK (Twenty-Two Lac TK) over a period of 2 (Two) years.[a. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.b. Tenderer shall submit end-user acceptance certificate(s) as supporting document of the experience which shall be in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contact Value, Type of supply, date of supply. Notification of Award (NOA) or Work/Purchase Order (WO/PO) alone will not be accepted.](4).The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: None(5). The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is 25 Lac TK (Twenty-Five Lac TK) of liquid asset.[a.Tenderer shall submit only those supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender.b. Bank statement submitted in support of financial capacity,must certify that the mentioned liquid asset amount or more is stable for at least two months prior the date of submission of the tender and issued by Bank Authority.c.In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer-s Bank is advised to use the Form PG3-8 prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PG3 which must include Procuring entity name and tender name/ID.Submission of the credit facility in any other format may be ground for rejection of the Tender.
