Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have minimum 3 (three) years experience (work Completion Certificate) of supplying the similar goods of Toner/Computer/Computer Items worth taka 40(Forty) lakh.2. The Tenderer must submit the copy of Updated Trade License (30 June 2025), Vat Registration Certificate (BIN), Updated Income Tax Submission Certificate (2024-2025).3. The Tenderer must submit Bank Credit Line Certificate worth taka 40(Forty) lakh after the call for tender.4. The Tenderer must submit valid/continued HP Amplifyer Membership Certificate/HP Gold Partner Certificate/HP Distributor Certificate in case of supplying HP model toner. Any Authorization Letter/Certifcate will not be accepted in this case. Dealeship Certificate or authorization letter from genuine dealer is required for supply of Canon & Epson printer toner and for supply of Toshiba Photocopier toner.5. Original toner sample must be provided before tender evaluation as per requirements.6. All Supplied toners will be examined Properly by Product Receive Committee.
